What materials do you use in your products?
We exclusively use GOTS-certified organic cotton, Tencel™ Lyocell, and recycled nylon to ensure every garment is as kind to the planet as it is to your skin.
How should I care for my Organic Basics?
To prolong the life of your garments and save energy, we recommend washing at 30°C, using eco-friendly detergent, and avoiding the tumble dryer.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned unless the seal is intact.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to over 50 countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
How do I know which size to choose?
Each product page features a detailed size guide with body measurements. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
