We want you to love your sustainable staples, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, underwear must be unopened with the seal intact to be eligible for a return.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original compostable packaging and include the packing slip to help our team identify your order quickly.
Ship It Back
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label, attach it to the parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
